What price was it when you ordered and what price was in your order confirmation email note not your despatched email confirmation
Zavvi don't give you Pre-order Price Promise on despatch you have to contact them for it after its been shipped and is reason why I always re order and cancel dearer price order if price drops
Finally tracked down the person responsible for all those "Sparks" you see on the front of all too numerous action movie steelbooks (STID, Taken, Top Gun etc.

Yeah, I remember asking them 2 times to get the price drop refunded to me one time, they changed a pre-order steelbook price within an hour, better off buying it at the lower price then cancelling the other order, if possible.
If the order is shipped at the higher price, I would still let Zavvi know your not happy if they charged you the initial price, it may take you two attempts, don't accept their first response if it's not helpful in getting a refund.

To remind you how good Taken was before Taken 3 makes you wanna take your own life.
It's not sold out. They have sold a handful of these at best, so expect weekly emails from them once they relist it telling you they have very few left. This will be a tenner in no time.
This will drop in price fairly quick, it's a re release of a steelbook still fairly easy to obtain. Now that Amazon also have it listed it shows its not very limited.
Whether it's sold out or not pre orders are guaranteed unfortunately in this case at the price you originally ordered it for, Zavvi don't honour price drops. You'll have to fight with them after you've received it. [emoji4]
Yeah, everyday Zavvi have been giving away discount codes. I cancelled everything par Taxi Driver, sales must be plummeting. No wonder, £16.99 for a catalogue release should not be a norm.
I had the Taken steelbook delivered today as well, happy with this one too, keeping it sealed for now, nice artwork, I think the colours are metallic effect too, movie title is embossed, the best version of Taken in my opinion.

There website says that they do offer pre-order price promise. Not sure If this is a new thing that they've put in place though
