I'm going by the front artwork and find it more pleasing than the UK one...I do keep them sealed though...

I read somewhere that the English Audio has forced FR subs...So you could be right on that.

I am thinking of getting this to go with my Taken 2 as its much cheaper than the UK version and I have a amray bluray of this I could just put the US discs in it.

It's a beautiful steel, and IMHO the art does way more justice to the movie than the UK release. Ordered one for myself too

The artwork is nice but the printing and color quality on this steel is the worst I have ever seen. Got 3 copies from Amazon.fr, all of them had different shades of Brown and Green . The Play.com steel is the best one .

Really? The pics on the thread look pretty consistent to though...

That's the first time I hear about different shades of color on a Steelbook

Here is a comparison between several copies :



And I have to say : Yes, the one on the center looks more "green" than the two others, and the one on the right is clearly more "brown"
Incredible...

But it remains a very nice Steelbook !

I prefer the brown one, tho

No, it doesn't.

The issue with the forced subtitles depends on the version you watch...well at least it does on by blu ray player.

The french audio has no subtitles....the English audio has french subtitles that I can't seem to get rid off...most frustrating
