Play Exclusive - June 4th
All are standard G2/Blu-ray sized SBs, and have front / rear / interior artwork with no logos or certs printed on the covers. They will be double play (dvd & bd) on all the single films - Limited to 4,000 of each and priced very favourably!!

I had this from play and eventually it sold out, as the price climbed I resold on Playtrade....the profit paid for taken 2...

this is one of my collection favourites got it off eBay last year in auction ended up paying £26 still in original factory seal I haven't unsealed yet and I don't think I ever will! [emoji41]

I swapped out the discs so I've got the US unrated cut as the UK only has the theatrical cut included

It's usually down to rights, studios can can have different versions for different territories. Sometime's you will just get the theatrical version in one country whereas another will get the uncut edition.

I found this UK edition quite poor, picture quality wise. Looks like a DVD!

I also did this when the steelbook first came out. I'm guessing more than a few people did the same.

Ah I see thanks, I own the UK and French Steelbook. I haven't opened the latter and am wondering if it has both versions before I purchase the US edition. Does anyone know?

I'd forget my head if it wasn't up my ass!!! Sorry guys my mistake. The main difference is that the US disc has burnt in subs for the foreign speaking parts whereas the UK disc doesn't. Not a major point to some but a big bug bearer for me

There was a UK Fox UK re release Steelbook with new artwork and title embossed which is available from all retailers it's not an exclusive to Zavvi

It's actually not that bad I have the Play.com exclusive and the Fox UK re-release with new artwork

I just had a look at the UK disc and it doesn't give you the option to select alternate versions, it just plays the extended. Does the French disc include the theatrical version?
