I have a region A player also

The reason why I want the US disc is because I've been told and read that the UK disc has problems with the subtitles not appearing in the screen automatically during foreign speaking parts (unless anyone who has this can confirm for me please?)

Had to turn the subtitles on in PowerDVD for the foreign parts mate so i guess there are no forced subtitles.
