Mine is different i ordered just now and its already payment completed.

I have a question??? My first account i ordered 2x copy and its payment completed aswell last night. But when i checked this morning and its not in my account. Is this means my ordered has been cancelled or this is normal. They sent me a email about my payment completed. If this is not cancelled then i have multiple copies

I ordered another one coz i dont want to miss this beauty. I hope anyone can help and this is my first time to order from them

Check your account at kimchi and see your order what is says "Payment complete or cancell"

On monday i order by paypal 1 copy and it was Receipt of Order. Because i was worried my copy might be cancell and it might be out of stock i was going to order another copy (credit card these time) but i make a mistake (it was 4:20 in the morning here) and i could not cancell it so it went as RECEIPT OF ORDER.
Today i check my account and i saw that my paypal order was "Payment Complete". So i wrote to kimchi to cancell my other order (credit card mistake).
But now i saw that kimchi made a mistake and cancelled my Payment Complete order and i have still my credit card mistake order "Receipt of Order"

Anyway tired of sending again emails to kimchi, i order it these time by credit card, and in 5 minutes i got email that my order is accepted and in my account "Payment Completed"

So i have 2 orders , 1 order is "Payment complete" and the other order without any credit card details is "Receipt of Order"

And i am worried if i send an email again to kimchi to cancell my "Receipt of Order", they might make a mistake and cancell again my "Payment Complete "order

Tony from kimchi sent me a email and he said my ordered has been paid. But i email him again asking him why this transaction its not in my account? My other account is different i received email from paygate and it says my payment is completed. Then few secs ago i received email from kimchie about my order. Then i decided not to cancel it and its my fav film anyway. But my first order is a bit strange. Order has been paid but its not in my list. I paid both my card anyway

It would but unfortunately it's not happening. So I re ordered Monsters Inc. 1/4 slip with Tangled (1/4) and canceled my previous order. I'm paying $5 more but I didn't feel the need to double dip with the lenticular. Went for the most limited amongst the 2.

yes they did that, but in the end i'm happy because right now i have the money and i just like to get over with, less expense later on to worry about, especially since i'm on 2 GB'S NEXT MONTH PLUS the regular releases lol

Does anyone know the quality of Steelbooks that come from Kimchi? I had an awful experience with Blufans (Wreck-It-Ralph) with the Steelbook all scratched. I hope Kimchi does a better job at their Steelbook treatment.

My steelbooks are in a locked cupboard, but I would rather have the kids films in their bedrooms so decided to keep my amaray copies. Also trying to cut down on steelbook buying.

The only thing so far i bought from them was T2 kimchi exclusive #1 and the steelbook came perfect.Plus the quality of the steelbook is amazing. One of the best steelbook so far these year.

I am still waiting for my WIR steelbook so i hope its not too much damage

I am also going to cut down on buying steelbooks.

I am going to buy the movies that i really like and not to buy mutliple copies (example Iron man 3,Star trek into the darkness)

There's a few comments on combined shipping and possible discounts. If its logistically possible with the anticipated release dates, would be a good move.

Yeah all these people who are trying to combine shipping, I hope you are in a more tolerant customs country as in the UK having a parcel with more than one steelbook is likely to attract far more attention from UK customs and excise !
