In the U.S. censored means to cut or remove from when referring to media. What you are referring to is an Unrated Edition, or Extended Uncut Edition. I get what you're saying though and I hope it is the Unrated version that we get too.

It'll be the same as the UK DVD I reckon - namely no extended sex scene. For some reason that was deemed unsuitable for the UK. We'll find out when the amaray version comes out (which is before the steelbook I think).
