It's not bad, but it goes through a web portal. Teamviewer might be more secure though, don't you have to create a pin for the user on the other side to start the remote session?

Teamviewer also has an integrated IM, so when you make a connection with another party it automatically opens your chat box.

I've seen another remote in client which can restart your pc and when it comes back it connects again it's pretty cool, but it's expensive. I need to remember the name.

teamviewer can do that as well, as long as you have it set up to start with windows.

and its free for personal use, but don't look into business use if you're a small company like the place i work

I didn't know that since I haven't really played with it much, I was only using it to remote in to several servers in Vietnam at the time.
