So are you saying customs shouldn't apply to it then? I don't see why Play would reimburse you the first time but then NOT after that? Surely you either have to pay customs or not?

You must've been very unlucky FLIP. I had never heard of that (or anyone getting caught for it) before.

This wasn't a Play.com exclusive... it's been on Zavvi since it was released. Albeit for £24.99 which is a joke of a price!

Now now theres no need to gloat over someone elses misfortunes....what would have been a wiser response and a more helpful one would be that of u offering yoir spare copy at cost price. Now that will be a nice gesture and a gd way to help a fellow ninja.
