Mine had numerous chips on the back as with most of the cheaper vertical steelbooks. Any other companies i should know about who are careless with them along with studiocanal?

Yep I recieved mine with a paint chip on the back, was pissed but eventually got over it cause I only paid a couple bucks

It sucks finding paint chips, but on the back of this one isn't a huge loss.

I ordered 3 from Zavvi a while back, the one I opened is great, the others are seemingly mint and unopened.

Yeah, mine too have a little scratch on the back, but i can live with it. If i had ordered it from amazon i would probably ask for a partial refund or a replacement, but since i ordered it from zavvi, i left it the way it was.

Just received mine from Zavvi for £5.99.... Well worth it! Only two tiny paint chips on the back, but wasn't expecting gloss! Nice steelbook and definitely worth it for that price!

Just got mine today..came with the paint chips others have described, also two scratches on the back, one of which is deep.. and I got a lovely spine slash (the spine slash is odd cos its a deep one covering the front and back parts of the steelbook as well as spine, but there is no damage to the shrink wrap??) good thing is that the front is fine and it only cost a fiver from zavvi its a very nice looking steelbook and I like the inside art too.. definitely worth getting.
