I know that mate, the point of my post was to say it hasn't even been sent. It won't be here for release date let alone early. I can blame them as I won't be receiving it on release date. It has sat as processing on her account for a week now and not even been sent. I'm not bothered about receiving things early, I do get bothered when they are not sent in the first place.

Yep, did that before. Really strange as I've ordered every exclusive SB off them they have done and never had a problem so far. Will give it s few days and wait for their reply.

I messaged ES the other day about my damaged steelbook and still no response which is strange because they usually email me back within 4 or 5 hours. Hopefully tomorrow

Michael Bay didn't produce it though; think the extent of his involvement in it is that it was made through his production company...
Did you see the movie? Don't think it justified all its negative reviews- It's not nearly as good as the 1990 original movie, but was a damn site more enjoyable than I'd of imagined it to be- I liked it!!

Glad you enjoyed it. I've seen parts of it, might try getting through it all once it drops in price. Megan Fox and Will Arnett looked like a poor match. Mostly the CGI turtles darting about everywhere, I think I'd rather have the costumes from the third film and that's saying something.

They emailed me earlier and arranged a replacement. Much not of been working over the weekend.

Well that gives me some hope that they will come back to my wife. It's still sat as processing and hasn't moved. I'm wondering whether she should re-order and see if that goes through then send this one back of it does eventually get sent out.

It's up to you but i would drop them another message just saying can you please answer my original message or something. ES usually hold some back for damaged items and replacements. You should be ok

Already done- they finally answered my wife when she asked to cancel. They told her there was no order to cancel and the last order was for Hercules back in December. She answered that she wouldn't be asking to cancel an order and quoting a reference number for said order if she didn't pre order! She even had the account screen in front of her whilst she replied to that nonsensical reply from the ES customer service " adviser". I swear, if it wasn't so daft, it would be unbelievable. I'm not sure whether they will cancel this order as according to them, there isn't one to cancel. I've gone ahead and ordered it from my account and she's given me the money but again, it's been sat as "processing in warehouse" since yesterday. They've took the money this time at least. Never known ES to get things so wrong before, normally they are spot on.
