Based on the comments in this thread, I (as a first-time Kimchidvd buyer) fully expected to receive a well-packed Blu-ray item from them.

Just received today my first purchase (Shaolin Soccer LE) from them, and what a stellar job it is! The parcel could've easily contained five Blu-ray cases but the empty space was filled with bubble wrap. Lots of it. A few eBay sellers do similar jobs, but nobody has exceeded this.

Choi, Tony, and everybody else at Kimchidvd; thanks for the first rate packaging, you are doing things Right!

I'm also impressed by the Korean Post rates, USD 8.30 for a registered parcel abroad, I would probably have to pay more than double to send a similar parcel to Korea.

Back to eagerly anticipating the T2 release day...

I think the feedback alone in this thread is enough to justify this as a safe company. This is their first exclusive, not their first orders ever.

I rate Kimchi as the best of the best when it comes to customer service and quality. It surprises me that people think Play was the best retailer last year. I think people go with the more is better attitude. I prefer quality and Kimchi is hands down the best online retailer for steelbooks in the world.

Scanavo confirmed that T2 steelbook will be arrived by 14th May

after arrive, tony and his staff to pick up the mint steelbook without spine slash, no paint chip and no scratch at all. (Most of members know Tony is OCD , Even He did not accept shrink wrap torn)

and then start packaging
Put T2 photo card into T2 logo case
Put T2 logo case into T2 Steelbook
Put T2 Steel into Slipcase
and Plastic packaging
then Put exclusive sticker on it

and make many bubble to protect steel from any of damage during transportation
and he will send those of shipment by your own shipping method like small packet or EMS

I guess it will takes 3 days to finalize the packaging and Tony will send your shipment from 20th June (maybe earlier if Tony does not sleep )

After sample of T2 steel arrives, I will post a pic here to share how T2 look like embossed and debossed, Slipcase and exclusive sticker

I rate Kimchi as the best of the best when it comes to customer service and quality.

I have to say they are indeed excellent. I decided to cancel one of my two orders of T2. One order I paid $42 and the other $45. I wanted to cancel the $45 order but accidentally gave them the order# of the cheaper one to cancel. They contacted me to give me a heads up to cancel the $45 so I wouldnt lose any money unnecessarily. Never seen such honesty and character from an online retailer. Thats caring for your customers!

I'm a HUGE terminator fan and have many steelbooks in my collection now.

However, I saw this, and HAD to order it!

However, I've never ordered anything from outside the UK. I had no idea what I was doing tbh.

I'm now REALLY worried that Customs are going to bang a massive charge on me for it? I wouldn't even know what to do if customs had it? Anyone from the UK ordered from here before?

All I know is, I selected original invoice and standard shipping costs. Was quite difficult to figure out what to do tbh lol. I just really hope it gets delivered without getting held by customs or them wanting some massive payment. I mean... it's only a blu ray! But then again, this is the UK we're talking about...

This is a preorder that is released on the 10th of July, so by the time this auction ends I will have it ready to despatch. This is an Korean Import 1 of 1500 with sticker steelbook with sleeve and artcards, it's sold out and will be very hard to get hold of...I ordered 2 by mistake
