Looks like he didn't write an invoice at all for ~90% of the people.
Why can we chose the price we want him to write on the invoice when we buy the steelbook when he writes no invoice at all?

I know how much trouble this will be in germany without an invoice. German custom offices are the worst

I know I definitely ticked the include invoice box and put the price at $20.99, very annoying.

Even more annoying is paying for EMS and now it will take ages to come.

Now I'm a bit worried and curious. I've never ordered anything overseas before so I've never had to deal with anything like this. I'm worried my order will go through Customs...

Happy for those who got theirs already but sorry for everyone who are having these setbacks in shipping. At the chance of sounding selfish, I hope mine doesn't have to go through Customs, but if it does... what should I expect from this? I know it's a delay in delivery and all, but I'm hearing talk about having to pay extra. How much are we talking?

There is little to worry about for US collectors regarding importing and duty fees. Most of the time, US customs open packages to inspect items, not to assess value for import duty. You are good. Enjoy the rest of your Sunday.

If you're in the US, you should be fine. It's the Europeans who get shafted with customs.

It's the reason I've limited my non-EU purchases to group buys, extra special releases like this one or customs friendly retailers like YA.

I think the amount is decided using random.org.

My second copy, non EMS, stands a good chance of arriving first now.

I have the same status as well, Reason - "other" . Does this mean UK customs are going to do their usual and hold the item for up to 3 weeks? Wish the customs here were more like the US!

Unfortunately yes, customs kept my Lion King steel from Yesasia for just over 3 weeks! Really hoping that was a one off though, but yeah your right, really don't see why tax is required on things like this! Government attempts to bleed you dry on everything

I do not like what I'm hearing about the costums invoice, at all.

Only reason I was willing to order this was because Kimchi offers to write different price on the slip and invoice. I really don't wanna pay double the price because kimchi's has "forgotten" to complete our order.

But I'll wait with the complaining till I receive my own package. Hopefully everything goes smooth!!

This so frustrating, we should have had these in hand by Tues/Wed. I just hope it's not 3 weeks, the wait has been bad enough already.

I may be sticking to GB's in the future, depending on how this plays out.

Kimchi are normally very good for this so you shouldn't assume they haven't done it for you on this occasion.

Given the volume being ordered to the UK I expect the sheer number of identical boxes turning up at the same time would cause enough suspicion for someone (customs) to feel the need to open some up regardless of what the declaration sheet states. Seems like this time round more have been affected than normal though
