Just log into your account and check the order # it'll say Shipped. I didn't get any dispatch email but my items have been shipped.

Did you choose EMS or standard shipping? If you chose standard, I don't think you get a shipping email. I didn't anyways. I just looked at my KimchiDVD account and looked to see if it shipped there.

Handed over to Customs: Customs retention reason : Inappropriate invoice

Quite normal for Kimchidvd shipments. Their invoices are always inside the package instead of in a documents wallet on the outside of the package where they need to be. UK customs very often retain them for that reason.

Reason: other - Not good, not good at all.

As above. Doesn't necessarily mean you'll be charged unless it's held for more than a few days, in which case you probably will be.

I know I definitely ticked the include invoice box and put the price at $20.99, very annoying.

A lot of people ask Kimchidvd to mark the item as gift and declare at $25. Unfortunately it makes no difference. I've lost count of the number of times customs have retained and charged a low value 'gift' shipment. HMRC aren't stupid and realise that hundreds of packages being exported by a retailer aren't gifts. Whether people are charged or not boils down to luck and what customs office the packages come through.

my status on my copies with parcelforce are saying advised anybody no what this means has anybody ha that before?

That just means that Parcelforce have been notified of the shipment and it's now on their system. It'll be given an EC number in place of the EM number once it's in the country.

Hi folks,

I checked if Kimchidvd finished to pack & ship out today.
Here Kimchi confirmed that every T2 order just shipped out.

Today Post office collected all of package and They will update the tracking info later

so at least tomorrow everyone can track the shipment !!!

Yes and it could be an expensive few days as I imagine many will have this and Dredd (from Japan) due to arrive, both of which may incur customs. I wouldn't mind just paying the 20% VAT, but it's the stupid charges that they add on top that kill it. Royal Mail for example will add on an £8 charge. So if your item cost say £20, instead of just adding on the VAT (making it £24), they will give you a nice fee on top so it now costs £32 (effectively a tax of 60%). I believe that couriers charge an even higher fee. That is ridiculous don't you think?

Yes that's crazy U guys must be rich to afford so many steelbooks with those prices in the Uk. I guess I can't complain about shipments in the US after hearing that

Mine are shipped...acctually not expecting trouble with coustoms. If the package stops in coustoms and they can`t find an invoice, they will contact me and I will provide them one.

Earlier in this thread there was some speculation about orders being cancelled by kimchi. This was because the order history only show the last 10 orders. I contacted Tony some days ago and he fixed the problem, so this will not be a problem in the future. Im not sure if the entire order history is showing, but it is showing a lot more than the last ten = )

I do not like what I'm hearing about the costums invoice, at all.

Only reason I was willing to order this was because Kimchi offers to write different price on the slip and invoice. I really don't wanna pay double the price because kimchi's has "forgotten" to complete our order.

But I'll wait with the complaining till I receive my own package. Hopefully everything goes smooth!!

If the import guidelines in denmark are anything like norway you should not have anything to worry about. I have almost never had any problems. There has been a couple of incidents where i have ordered several items that has been shipped at the same time (in separate orders) that has naturally arrived in customs at the same time. If customs realizes this they combine the orders, making the total amount exceed the amunt you can import without having to pay custom fees. This might happen in this case as i have ordered 4 in my own name. I doubt it though as they are coming from korea, and the packages are likely to split up on their long journey. I think it will work out just fine.

Even though mine showed as shipped on the site last week, the tracking number wouldn't work in the system until this morning and is just now showing that it actually just shipped out today. Guess they jumped the gun on updating my order status.

Not a huge deal when it comes down to it, but I was on pins and needles all weekend thinking it would come.

Mine was also shipped standard on the 21st (to Germany) and tracking shows that on 24th it was still in Korea waiting for its flight

And then it will depend on customs (both in UK and GE).

Now that my entire order history is showing i have an important question:
My 2 orders from march say T2 judgement day steelbook.
My 2 orders from may say T2 judgement day steelbook exclusive with postcards or something in those lines.
My point is they have different descriptions... Does anyone know if this has any significance? I hope all 4 are with the "full package" not just the two ordered in may...
