I didn't post those pictures for them to become a source of arguments and confrontation between members. Let's all just understand and accept that all of us get very excited over new releases, so cut the guy some slack. He didn't reply to this thread to piss anyone off, he replied to thank someone for the pictures provided. I personally won't ever have an issue with someone thanking another member, whether it's me or someone else receiving said "thanks". If you don't like it, try to help and explain instead of criticize with sarcastic comments right away.

Besides, the pics were posted near the end on the previous page, and Scarface's post was the first only the second on the new page. It's really not that big a deal.

Has anyone played theirs yet? I'm wondering how the transfer compares to the Premium Edition from Japan.

Yes and it could be an expensive few days as I imagine many will have this and Dredd (from Japan) due to arrive, both of which may incur customs. I wouldn't mind just paying the 20% VAT, but it's the stupid charges that they add on top that kill it. Royal Mail for example will add on an £8 charge. So if your item cost say £20, instead of just adding on the VAT (making it £24), they will give you a nice fee on top so it now costs £32 (effectively a tax of 60%). I believe that couriers charge an even higher fee. That is ridiculous don't you think?

Goddamn, that's beyond ridiculous. It's like a nice and polite way for the government to steal your money. Btw, this is not me trying to talk about politics.

Over here is more simple. Up to $200 everything is tax-free, no matter how many items you buy or how many times and even if it's like that, we consider it BS. Sometimes I have orders for $500 which I'm forced to split because of customs!

It's a polite way for them to put us off buying anything from outside the EU, and to be honest it's worked on me. I not only think twice, I think three times before buying from outside the EU now because it's too damn expensive. Only in rare cases do I do it.

I was wondering if anyone from Europe has received their package with no costums to pay, and with the costums declaration attached on the package (if chosen of course).
Cause it seems like a lot of members' orders was caught by costums because it was missing exactly that.

Looking at some of the images, the detail is incredible.. Take what appears to be a chrome chamfer edge on the T2 on the front of the steel as an example.

Only ordered a handful of items from outside the EU before, but I've never had any issues, till now. Not a great experience for a first time order from Kimchi. Such a shame, cause it was all going so well.

As for customs, I really don't know what to expect. Hate the thought of somebody opening it, can't see them taking much care, can you?

Thing is, having paid about £9 extra for EMS, it will probably be another £12 after customs. Making it a grand total of around £51. A 70% markup.

Can only hope my second (non EMS) copy makes it through.
