No longtime post for news,

here is small clue about slipcover and the other things.

yesterday I met Tony to discuss about full slipcover design and we found some clue what is best and worst. so we will have a sample sooner or later,

Pre-order quantity is already sold out but no worries..
cancellation qty will be updated after release date is confirmed by scanarvo

Yesterday I showed him about Gladiator UK post card, blu fans booklet etc.
we discussed too many things in this release and next release.

as soon as it confirms, I will post the news here to share with you guys.

Do not send too many inquiry e-mail regarding this release to Tony, He is very busy to close this release and we can share everything here with HDN members as I did it before.

Bit late but I was thinking a clear slip would be cool, with all of the text on it (front and back), leaving the steel with just the terminator on the front (no T2) and Arnie on the back. ..

Thanks Choi for the update. Looks like kimchi is putting a huge effort into this issue. This could turn out epic. And 1,500 copies is still a small size issue by, say, UK or US standards.

That just doesn't make sense. I'm assuming it's inregards to getting more orders in after it went OOS. But regardless you shouldn't keep asking him if it's ever coming back instock if thats the case. It's been instock for almost 3 months.

While you're discussing the full slip thing, you tell Tony that the best way of approaching this is Elite Squad Blufans excl. This has the the factory seal beneath the slip, and would please both parties, not just the full slip crowd. You tell Tony it makes absolutely no sense in covering steel with cardboard. Having a great steel wrapped up in a material that my cookies and cereal comes in is not desirable. Failing that, get rid of the full slip, go with a quarter slip instead.

While I would have disagreed with you a year ago... I now think a 1/4 slip is best... unless there is a reason to hide the steelbook (there should never be). Truth is, a lot of folks will be keeping theirs sealed and would like to see the amazing steel on this.

Not putting the wrapping over the slip is a great idea.... just another thing Tony could do to help make this the greatest Steelbook ever!
