The Best Buy website almost never says "steelbook" it usually says BBY exclusive

but based on the pic you can see the spine and it's clearly a steel

I just looked at the BB website and it does say store pick up coming soon. If you look at the link for the BB Dark Knight Rises it says shipping coming soon and store pick up not available.

Yeah, I do too, but most of members discussed in FS exclusive thread saying that the bb version would be the same artwork with FS, which is NOT this artwork (bummer....) what's your guys opinion?

You shouldn't really post artwork from other releases here as it may confuse people. I think this will be the same as every other release (Canada, UK and Germany for a start). I don't see why they would bother changing the artwork for just one country.

I don't think this is a steelbook. It allowed me to order more than 3. Every steelbook I ever pre-orderd from Best Buy always limited me to 3 at a time.
