As far as I know the comic was a pre-order bonus from JSDVD similar to the TDKR notebook that came with the steel.

Not all pre-orders got it though as they are first come first served and they dont usually have many.

Nope, I don't think so. As that is meant for pre-order stcok only.
But you can always ask them to see if they still have it and give it free.
(They just ship me 3 copies which they miss out on my previous order)

no its a rip off price, you can get it for £30 new/sealed on ebay

or even lower from a few members on here in the trading threads
