I asked for a refund of John Carter and it took them almost 1.5 weeks to refund it after 4-5 emails sent to them. It was my first experience ordering from them and wasn't pleased with the lack of service.

Yeah i sent them a email a few days ago about getting refunded for Avatar and i havent received any reply back about. I really dont feel like checking my bank account constantly for a reimbursement from them. To time consuming.

That about sounds right. It took 1-2 weeks to get my refund from the Avatar debacle. Sent them a cancellation email and that was it. You'll get your money back it just takes sometime.

i just replied to the first email that I got on the 21st regarding the 'order change' and I got an answer within hours and money got refunded 3 days afterwards. So if you get no answer soon, you can try that i guess.

Everyones has different taste. Maybe your thrown off by the reverse slip where it on top than on the bottom. I like it because it covers the amazing spiderman words on the steelbook. "To each his own"
