I never used to have any issues at all with older releases but of late, nothing but problems, Jaws, Collateral, Hellboy, Battle Royale, Matrix Germany, Contagion France, Godfather....had multiples of each

My copy arrived today. First steelbook I've got in the post from HMV. It's worrying how much it rattles in the box, even one layer of bubble wrap would give it a bit of protection. It was in mint condition so no harm done this time

Finally got mine today, but got a slashed spine (my first one) not gonna send it back tho as it's too much trouble and the slash is not that noticeable. But everything else is perfect, nice glossy steelbook.

Mine arrived today, but I agree about the slow shipping, it was posted last Wednesday and came today, I bought 2 items from Amazon in their lightning deals on Thursday night and they both arrived on Saturday...

Bought one in store, has a small scratch on the front, small chip on the back!!

Took the front of the slashed one and swapped it over, ill live with the chip as its small and not too noticable with the way the back is - lets hope Dark Knight is spotless....OCD cant hack this crap lol

To be honest after my experience of doing the Drive GB buying in store earlier in the year I promised I wouldn't shop in store at HMV anymore - awful customer service and disgraceful stock quality.
