I was in Barnes & Noble and found a copy with a big red sticker with 50% off (members get extra 10%) and paid it BUT when leaving I realize did not get the $17.99 + tax, returned to store and aksed why, they told me offer ended July 31 manager arrived and honor me the 50% off

This was on sale a couple of week ago when they had their "arthouse" select 50% off sale. The store probably forgot to pull off the sale sticker. Some people were able to combo the sale with their $8 off member coupon bringing it down to $8.20 + tax. I almost bought it but I bought way more Criterions than originally planned so I had to show restraint.
