Indeed there is a sequel to The Blob. It has two different names, which i guess is normal for B films. When I saw it first run in the theater it was Beware the Blob, but can also be found as Son of Blob. It is a very good sequel with most excellent Blob action!! If you have streaming capabilities, it is free (or at least was free) on PLEX.

I don't think i have ever seen it on TV even when I was young....
