The Bride - In theaters March 6, 2026

Barely sat through it. Despite the great actors, and quality make up and production, it was incredibly boring and theatrically ridiculous. Often didn't make sense, the 'female oppression' too comical and on the nose, tiresome that every man and policeman is shown as a sexist creep, and all the constant 'female revolution' lines throughout are annoying. The voice of Mary Shelly is another atrocious theatrical nuisance. It's a feminist woke manifesto, not a coherent film. Its place is in some dinky artsy fartsy experimental LA theater in some basement.
As is, it's a waste of all the resources.

I hate theater, as is probably obvious.
