I think it is but all the Steelbooks will have the booklet. I know Arrow are always stating this now, it's usually for their Amaray cases though so they may have put it in the steelbook listing by mistake.I thought it meant that the booklet was only included with the first pressing of the release. Like Slipcovers are to Amarays??

It was not known then it was going to be a steelbook but I had a feeling going by the number of requests customers asking for a steelbook it would be

The Arrow version will be using the same transfer as the Scream Factory version, has all the extras from that version plus a new commentary and a new interview with the films music composer. So yeah, technically it's a superior version but not enough to be leaps and bounds over the Scream Factory version for me
I'm tempted to stick in a preorder. But with 4,000 copies I'm pretty sure the demand isn't there for this movie to sell out before a price drop. At least that's what I'm hoping!

I have updated the thread after today's announcement about the steelbook
Arrow originally announced the release as a April fools day joke with special burger packaging
but later that day announced there will be a release for real just won't include the joke burger packagingThanks for that @cooey
