Unfortunately you are experiencing firsthand the almost unbelievable level of inflexibility in the Zavvi / The Hut web store implementation.
The customer can't change the payment method or shipping address after an order has been placed. Their customer service can't change the payment method or shipping address after an order has been placed.
The only solution is to reorder with changed details and obviously that doesn't work for OOS items.
Re-order . . . as now available again at HMV (GBP 17.99) and Amazon (GBP 24.32).
Still showing "Product not found" over at Arrow and "Sold out" at Zavvi.
Re-appeared as mysteriously as disappeared . . .

So much for Arrow telling us that all stock levels had been depleted by most of the retailers.......The Burning Steelbook back in stock with Amazon and HMV!

I just got a payment problem (expired card) and was able to change my card info, so it should be any moment now
Stock showing up on Amazon and HMV would be due to orders been cancelled it's not unusual to see stock show up just before release date with any release that was previously showing sold out as you get customers cancelling orders just before release date for varies of reasons but most due to funds not available.So much for Arrow telling us that all stock levels had been depleted by most of the retailers.......

Doesn't sound right to me. Most people preorder and payment is automatically taken before despatch. I find it hard to believe all these cards were declined at the same time. I dont think I've ever had an unpaid order problem.......

Most customers know HMV take payment on a Thursday/Friday and Amazon on Saturday when a release date is the following Monday so customers cancel orders just before payment is taken
Most sold out pre order releases come back available just before release date but these end up sold out before or just after release depending on the amount that comes back
Amazon have only 44 copies available

If you want a copy I would order now as I expect these to be sold out by end of today or early tomorrow
