add to that amazon jp's extortionate shipping costs and customs duty and you should end up with one ridiculously expensive steelbook!!!!!!!!
no one should have to pay these sort of prices for new releases!!!!!!!!
There maybe some hope for SB importers in the future guys. I believe the new Japanese President intends to out money print the US by quite some considerable margin (to realign Japanese exports back to 3 or 4 years ago).

have top say this : I am reluctant to buy any thing from Amazon Japan any more
there items are way over priced !! compared to similare Asian items

Yep, have to agree on all points there, Daz. A Japan release has to be pretty sensational now to justify the costs and so very few of them are. Too much stuff like Terminator and Evil Dead, and not enough like Jaws.
Had enough of those flimsy card mailers too!
Over hyped? How so? I'd say it was expensive and call it a day.
Maybe I'm just being biased but I think Asian, particularly Japanese, releases are typically the best. Slips FTW!!!!
I got The Bourne Trilogy from Japan and it is wonderful. It's debossed with great selected artwork to match the films. This on the other hand is a bunch of headers and rectangles. I don't see this selling out anytime soon.

I just got it, together with Bourne Legacy. I like them, the Japanese characters on the slip....glistens! Like glowing in the dark...
looks Ok, but aint no $100.oo smackers cumin outta my pocket for this version or any other of them Bourne Stahlz !!
