Looking at the J-cards of the 2 discs versions from Hong Kong and Netherlands, they don't make reference to the documentary like the USA version, so i don't think it would be a seperate disc but it might be on the Special Features disc.

You are probably right. Why would they make a different Special Features Disc from everybody else. I guess we will know for sure in a week.

Best Buy has included BBY exclusive extra Bonus Disc in many releases. They are usually in a card stock sleeve.

Ok Im super confused.... is the extra documentary going to be on a disc somewhere in this or not? I thought there was a small preview code to the documentary for pre-orders and the full version somewhere with the steelbook, maybe I understood wrong?

Only during the pre-order period and the download is only 35 minutes of the entire documentary which I believe is 90 minutes. That is what I remembered of the info on the poster I saw in store yesterday.

From how I read it the website states "preorder The Dark Knight Rises and watch the document early in HD on CinemaNow. So kinda makes you think you will also receive a copy this with the movie.
