Anything special besides the slipcover which I believe has been the following the standard design? Otherwise there is no point in spending thrice the money for exactly the same Steelbook.

It was definitely scheduled for release but then was removed from all lists just prior to release date, so almost certainly a cancellation. The distributor must have realised they couldn't get enough copies to make it worthwhile. Almost the same with Batman Begins too.

The BB + TDK White = 500 print run.
The BB + TDK Wruple = missed paint and crap
The BB + TDK + TDKR = 300 print run (including 1st release & re-release)

Actually this one never came out before. It got cancelled before release.

For the others, yes, I think that's the only difference.
