Yes, the film cell is sealed inside the steelbook. The others are outside.

The rating sticker is pasted under the plastic seal, if you are not going to open and watch then the sticker can't be remove.

Is that rating logo on bottom right of front permanent?

It's also because of the extras, the shipping cost I am charging in the GB is not enough

It's my first time experience in GB, next time I will know how to come up with a better estimate

It has Cantonese but not traditional Chinaese.

the amount that I need to top up is not huge (for 1 steel the actual shipping is US$13 and 2 steel is US$21.5)... So it is about $1-$1.5 per GB participants.

Some of the GB partipants paid the tip which can cover this I believe

When I look at the front cover at certain angle, the color is actually brownish and if it's view direct it's matte silver.
