Since I had bad experiences with jsdvd with chipped steelbooks I asked them to check the Batman Steelbooks before shipping and this is the answer they gave me:

Unfortunately the supplier cant prepare 100% faultless of the item.
We need to let you know many items have tiny traces on coners.

Me a mint copy if they can lol
Probably wont make any difference if they are stating the many have traces on corners.. Hopefully

Check the retailer thread, They won´t return your chipped Steelbook.

Thats why I don´y know what to do.... They are pretty much saying that It might come chipped, and if it does they won´t return the steelbook

That's ridiculous. How can they not accept returns on defected items? Matter of fact why would they send defected product to there customers in the first place? That right there gives me motive to cancel all my future per-orders with them and just order from yesasia and accept the long shipping wait and sometimes canceled orders that goes along with the territory.

I preorder mine when it came with the notebook, so I don´t think it is fair that they are giving me the last stock since I pre-ordered long time ago.....

I've actually just thought about this and this is absolutely f**king ridiculous.

Can we have some perspective from Asian members and mods please?

I'm still awaiting a response regarding my Snow White Huntsmen chipped copies.

Also to add that I've had other orders from JSDVD that have been fine. With the way JSDDVD pack their items, there is no way these happen during transit. So that means they are knowingly sending out defective steelbooks or not checking them. They need more communication with buyers in my opinion.

It just seems if it's a black edged steelbook, which TDKR also is, it has a high chance of defects.

They cannot refuse any return if a customer isn't happy. This applies to all goods, not just steelbooks. Isn't that against consumer law or doesn't this apply in Taiwan?

I'm not suggesting or implying going down the credit card dispute route with them, but maybe this is the only way they will listen?
