great!

audio set should be the same as german release (as per shpe.de): ENG/FRE/GER DTS HD MA 5.1, RUS/UKR DD5.1 plus SCAND/NED subs

2 confirmed for France . . . including this the WWA for which there is little love but which is a distinct and relatively pleasing alternative to the poster art of other superior edition.
Regarding this steelbook: I find the artwork interesting and red and black always looks good against an off-white background . . . lack of inside art is not really compensated for by a brightly coloured interior . . . and the zero/satin finish is not adequate compensation for a gloss finish.
"CASE MADE IN DENMARK" on the back is reportedly a sticker

ughhh...ly

It's actually a really really cr@p film. Doesn't do the book any justice whatsoever. If your happy owning this steelbook, good for you but I don't think anybody will give it a second watch. Pity.

Since I know nothing about the books, I actually found it a pretty good popcorn flik.
I wasn't bored, and that's almost the only sin a movie can commit that I won't forgive.
I grabbed the Kimchi Lenti and I find it quite handsome. :)

It's entertaining and I'd watch it again at some point.

Why the movie didn't work, from the man himself:

“The major challenge was to do a film based on a series of books that’s really long, about 3,000 pages,” the author tells Vulture in an interview. “The other part of it was the decision to do a PG-13 feature adaptation of books that are extremely violent and deal with violent behavior in a fairly graphic way. That was something that had to be overcome.”

Nothing wrong with this one ... title on both faces making for double display potential (if spine display with "wrong way round title" is objectionable).
