I've received steelbooks in the thin card boxes from other retailers and they've still had a dent or two. Only good packaging is a deep box. Maybe some are received damaged from the manufacturer and are still sent.Never order nice sets from amazon unless you have absolutely no choice. Their packaging is just not protective for three sets. Especially something that is such a limited run.
Yep. Not amused myself. It doesn't look SO bad in hand, but bare metal silver is my bug bare on steels. Even worse glossy.
Yeah that looks horrid. Bare metal always makes a steel look unfinished imo... it's like not painting your walls and just leaving them with bare plaster.
This UK release has been quite a bit of...
Lmao, I love that scene. You gave up on life didn't ya!I thought we were over times like this. Looks so bad
Well, it is Universal, so we may find they do a collectors edition a few years down the line (assuming they're still doing them). All these recent sets have previous popular econ 4K steels.I'm genuinely sending this back as soon as it arrives tomorrow, not having this stinking up my collection (who am I @tha_lunatic?) Will try and get the US edition or live in hope for an unlikely premium release

Printed rating logos are also due a comebackI thought we were over times like this. Looks so bad
He manipulated the image and over saturated it. It don’t look anything like that in hand fyiI'm not really stoked on the steelbook tbh, but I liked the movie and usually only buy them once, so why not. @JinxyKatte The colour on your photos looks really good.
I thought he may of. Stop manipulating @JinxyKatteHe manipulated the image and over saturated it. It don’t look anything like that in hand fyi
The silver looks about the same, but the centre image's colours are oversaturated vs the steel. It's nowhere near that orange lolI thought he may of. Stop manipulating @JinxyKatte
Yeah thats fair. I did think the middle looked a little over saturated but the outside looks more true to colour. The silver looks about the same, but the centre image's colours are oversaturated vs the steel. It's nowhere near that orange lol

That's brick (maybe even wallpaper), not plaster.
As explained before, most accomodation in the UK goes for the unfinished look...That's brick (maybe even wallpaper), not plaster.
Yeah, but neither is steelbook - I consider them an equivalent of a brick wall. That's brick (maybe even wallpaper), not plaster.
