Hoping mine will start shipping process soon. They've given me a delivery date of Friday 1st Nov EEK! Cant see it happening but would be nice.

Mine is coming in early december. I have combined it with Pacific Rim and Man of Steel EEK!

How can you tell if they've tried charging you? I preordered about a month ago and haven't received an email since. Hopefully they wait before charging me because I'm also waiting for payday (damn you steelbook addiction, damn you).

I was checking my bank account to see if money had gone in (Pay day!) but instead saw that money went out. So nothing from Zavvi, but just check your payment source.

Sainsburys (UK) have also starting doing steel books too on their 'entertainment' site.
£13.99 on there.

They've been selling steelbooks for quite some time now. I bought the Batman wave from them earlier this year as they had them at the cheapest price I could find - and I was able to redeem Nectar points. Think I ended up paying about £2 each for that set - £11.99 minus a £10 Nectar voucher for each one! Packaging is not great - just a larger cardboard envelope to the ones they use for regular DVDs/blu-rays in Amaray cases, but I've not had any problems so far...

Got my despatched emails. Accidentally ordered 2 so incase someone stateside needs/wants one without having to import from Zavvi just let me know
