As I can't log in, emailing them and trying to create a new account went into a black hole, I guess I'm not supposed to buy their steelbooks.

I was so angry to myself missing this release on pre-order date. Thanks to you guys I was able to get my copies this morning. I love Fifth Element so much and this kimchidvd release looks so great.

Anyone knows how Kimchi ships preorder? I got lenti and A1 along with terminator lenti. So are they gonna wait to ship this along with terminator when it comes out?

You have to contact them...any inactive account will go dormant after a certain amount of time. They will unlock it for you. Same thing happened to me

I did say I'd emailed them...no reply. And that I'd tried creating a new account, with a different email address. No confirmation. Can't log in. No replies to my emails. Checked spam and deleted messages (on the offchance some filter was bypassing the inbox completely). No communication from Kimchidvd.

But this is supposed to be about the Fifth Element steelbook so enough said in this thread.

@Gadget In all honesty they just want to see this ££££ $$$$ increasing in their Paypal account. The guy that runs KimchiDVD doesn't care about your inactive account (providing tech support). That's the brutal truth.

If you can't buy it, somebody else will.

This is the harsh reality of most businesses with popular / hot products.

I contacted them on FB like 30 mins before the last pre order and got it resolved
