yip - and a paypal claim was raised for one of the orders(if not both)

tweeted and FB'd him...I said I'd ask around on the forums on her behalf as she lives 7 miles away from me, same ST postcode area and mine arrived a month ago.
RM are saying that kimchi specifically demanded no signature to be obtained(which is odd) and she has just moved house over xmas so had each one click going to a different address; one to her mom's, old, and 2nd to her new current address - still same town though so would be same sorting office. Weirdly they were both shipped to the same, old address, not to each as per her order instructions/info.
She checked with neighbors at both locations, and cant find so much as a delivery attempt card, yet tracking says shipped.
She's stuck between RM saying it was delivered and kimchi not responding, poor thing :(

I hate to see this happen, and I hate to say it, but I believe your conflict is with Royal Mail. From KimChi's perspective they've mailed it and it's been delivered. I wouldn't punish them. Hopefully some others on here can come up with some ideas for you.

Would you share the tracking with me?

true, but Royal Mail are saying to contact Kimchi so they can discuss it with RM...so she's stuck between a rock and hard place

She's did say that she's concerned the postie has nicked both copies :(

just wondering, seeing as there are so many missing/non-delivered steel's for this one.... how many ordered a one-click and never got it vs how many ordered just one of the 3 designs?

I personally ordered one and it arrived last month

Ordered this one and it never arrived. It was tracked to JFK airport. A USPS label made but not given to USPS. That's where it stopped 2/3/16. Kimchi is asking the carrier for an answer. I'm assuming someone stole it who works at the carrier.

Everything is great except the booklet. Photos inside it are really bad quality, like somebody took screenshots from a dvd rip.
Oh, really? Can't say I noticed, but then I did only have a quick flick through... will have a proper look later.

Saw one of these today and the embossed dots are apparently too much for Scanavo's process to handle -- the area inside the border actually protrudes/bulges past the height of the border, which feels and looks ridiculous. It physically pushed the steel away from what was next to it on the shelf, leaving a little gap. Is everyone's copy like that?

This steel is so good that you could easily remove "The Fifth Element" title and put "Prof. Brian Cox: Wonders Of The Universe" on it and sell copies.
