This price may come down-I am guessing it's priced this high because it was an award winner, and they're leveraging that. It helps their overall margin for the sale of the 6.

also this isnt much use for us region B foke either as the disc i beleive is region A locked unless ofcouse you have a region free player.

DK-ugh, looks like you're right-per the blurayregioncodes site Alliance locks most of its BD's. My player is region switch capable, but unless you're willing to switch the disc out that's definitely a consideration....

There seem to be 2 camps forming. Those with discs which are region locked but many languages and those which are region free but have few languages & subs. Mmmm
