I actually prefer the simplicity of these new zavvi steels, i don't need a title on the cover - i know which movie it is

Hard to say exactly how unpopular these title-free front covers are. Negative opinions are almost always more readily expressed even if polls are introduced. It'll be pre-order numbers that will speak loudest.

Personally, I judge them on a case-by-case basis. To my eye some look great without and some would be improved with. Pan's Labyrinth is definitely better without but I like The Game either way. I've pre-ordered this one but will be OK if they end up adding the title.
