The BLU Collection did say on their Facebook page that they'll be releasing a "regular edition" in February.

I'm surprised the only retailer that's offered it for sale is KimchiDVD. The other Blu Collection titles were available at Nova and KSteelbook (before they stopped stocking anything new).

I think that since The Raid 1 &2 Blu and Kimchi have a partnership, this is the reason why, for international customers, you have this title only available at Kimchi. Otherwise it was also available at Aladdin and Yes24 for korean customers (also oos the first day).

Nice, my copy arrived on the same day as my copy of Ernest and Celestine from P.A, both are gorgeous releases and The Blu Collection really knocked it out of the park with the lenticular, it looks amazing. And on a pretty cool side note both of them are #0084, I've never had two packages from Korea arrive on the same day before, much less from two different retailers and with the exact same number. Its the little things about collecting blu-rays that make it all the more awesome...

My copy from ebay was in the 1500's for the record. I expected it to be lower... when I think of it having 3 Korean DVD releases I'm considering perhaps it's more popular than I first thought. I guess time will tell if there are any left - excuse the pun.

The highest numbers I've seen on the various Korean blogs are 1607/1800 is for the lenticular and 1071/1200 for the fullslip. I'm pretty sure that it's fully sold out.

And on the secondary market, a sealed copy of the lenticular (#0035/1800) just sold for $100 + shipping on eBay.

However on a positive note, The BLU Collection did state on their Facebook page that they'll be putting out a "regular edition" sometime in February.

There's nothing to suggest they sent them out in number order, so I don't believe receiving a high number means it's sold out.

Just as reminder, Kimchi wasn't the only one to sell this title, in Korea Yes24 and Aladdin also sold it and it was oos at the end of the 1st day. Only Kimchi has re-opened the sell for it. So i guess it's really sold out.
