Me too but it's highly unlikely now. From what I remeber reading Fincher said he need a budget of $90 million to make the movie he wants to make but Sony din't want to give him that. I believe Daniel Craig wante more money as well.
At times it seemed like it might happen based on commecnts made by Fincher and Rooney Mara but nothing ever materialized.

The last I heard was that Sony will reboot it but start from the fourth book which isn't even written by Stieg Larsson.
That saddens me very much as I absolutely loved this film and wanted to see where Ficnher would go next with the characters and the tone.
But to paraphrase Casablanca, "we'll always have Fincher's The Girl With The Dragoon Tattoo".
