Does anyone know if the images in the booklet were randomized like the discs for the U.S. release? Meaning, is there more than one version of the booklet?

The one I have doesn't have any of those images. I got the one with the images posted on here.

I only paid $61USD for it sealed including shipping, so I'm pretty happy about that.

This came out nearly two years ago, it's long gone. You'll have to check secondary market for this one

Just make sure if you buy it ask for photos as the MAJORITY have paint chips on the top or bottom. Ive seen over 20 of these first hand.
