I haven't opened mine yet but I can see scuffmarks on it where the cutout letters are in the title.

Similar to write2koh's picture above. I hope it doesn't look that bad when I get it unwrapped

Did anyone who bought the transparent/black edition open theirs and care to provide pics? Curious if the damage is exclusive to the gold edition and just want to see some photos since there's an awful lot of gold action happening.

any damages during the delivery to the steelbook which it is not an issue for the release as far as I know. Send me the pictures and I will arrange the case replacement for you. But for some scuffs on the slip, not much it can fix. If you can't live with it. Please return for a refund.

These problems related to manufacture. Internal (gold) slip is narrower than the outer by a few mm. and this gold slip dangles from side to side during the shipping. I think it's the reason of all scrapes.

Received mines one week ago (ordered both). No custom. Gold slip is fine. Black slip, the little slip is tear on the side, except that, all seems great.

Made it to California. It is a beauty, although my gold edition also has a few scuff marks on the gold slip.

Got mine today. Some scuffs on gold slip, but nothing I can't live with. But the Steelbook itself has some paint chips on the edges similar to write2koh's.
