Why do people keep going on about high prices when Zavvi do the same thing every time? It will be £14.99 when the pre-order goes live.

Everybody thought the Iron Man 3 price might drop once it went live, but it never did. Anyway they used to start them at £14.99 (like Planet Of the Apes Die Hard etc...) never £20 so I don't think it will drop. Especially since Zavvi have adopted this new attitude of 'Well we know this is a popular title and the limited suppy we have justifies the price'.

Iron Man 3 dropped from £27.99 to £23.99

Die Hard and Planet of the Apes were originally £15.99 and dropped to £14.99. Team America: World Police, originally £19.99 now £14.99. It will drop or i'll eat my hat.

Secondary market 'value' is now dictating the RRP.... To be fair, if I sold 4000 items for £10 then saw ebay flooded with then for £50 each and folks were buying them Id probably think to myself hmmm Im shortchanging myself here, I may as well get a slice of this pie and sell them for £20 ..Im not saying its right but it was inevitable really..The thing is, eventually you will kill the goose that lays the golden egg

NOT HAPPY...at least I hadn't opened my Japanese one yet. Funny thing is, it's only a few dollars cheaper than the Japanese one even with the high Amazon.jp shipping, that's if the price stands at 19.99GBP...if it goes lower, my anger goes higher.

If it's a Zavvi exclusive wouldn't be mean a different cover? Can't really call something "exclusive" when someone else has released it.

Exclusive is within the country of release, so yes, Zavvi exclusive means no-one else in the UK will get the same
