It looks as though the artwork is struggling to fit on the steel as it is, a border would distort this even further. So my vote is no border on this!

If it has to sacrifice the embossing then so be it!

If they emboss TJB then it wont be so bad as the characters are extremely central in that, so it would be less noticeable considering how much Jungle background appears to be on that steel, but the simplicity of TLM, IMO at least, would be highly ruined with a border

I like the cover art, but I'm slightly annoyed that it cuts off a few of the characters. I've attached the original artwork to let you see what I'm talking about. I'm more than happy with this release, but I'd probably have preferred it a touch more if they'd used my favourite cover art (see second attachment)... but that's just my personal preference.

Welcome to the forum MikeWalsh, the cropping issue has been discussed on previous pages...take a look at post #198.:welcome:

Hopefully it will appear like that when released!

No worries Mike. And yes we all agree. Personally, I think it's very odd that Zavvi does not address this concern more readily.

Pretty much every single person agrees on this. I can guarantee, without a doubt, that if they do not fix this, there is gonna be a huge flood of cancelled orders, including mine.

I can also guarantee that if they do fix it and notify their customers, they will get a flood of new orders.

You can find these guarantees on page 101 of the book called "Sales Growth and Customer Service".

No, all the characters are included in the art now (which is what a lot of us wanted) and the title font is smaller.

Artwork looks excellent front/back/inside. Also confirmed as glossy/embossed (and it seems with the new cropped image, the border will look A-Ok on this one.)
