On the payment page, I see two options - 'Perform Payment', and 'Perform Trusted Payment', does anyone know the difference between these two?

Not exactly sure what the difference is but I clicked "Perform Trusted Payment" first and it directed me to login on what looked like a Taiwanese bank website and the order was not processed. So then I backed out and chose "Perform Payment" and it verified my card and processed the order properly. So pretty much the "Perform Payment" option is the one to choose for international customers..

Agreed. Perform trusted payment is prolly only for local bank / credit cards. For international buyers, select 'Perform Payment'. This usually works for me.

A tip to all - do ensure that you enter at least four numbers using the onscreen keyboard, it's a pre-requisite for processing the payment!

I'm having trouble ordering from this site after order confirmation screen with big green checkmark there is a confirm order button lower on the screen, when i click on it it brings me to another screen (I think payment company) and keeps telling me it needs full telephone number no matter what I put in it won't let me proceed with same problem it doesn't like what I am putting for my phone number.

Any suggestions?

Have you tried just putting in your Cell phone No or your landline with full area code?

I have tried both and it always works for me. Also always just click the Perform Payment button and not the Perform Trusted Payment button.
