First i thought these where the DL's and was very exited then i read these are the singles.. Damm.:banghead: Not going to get the whole one click boxes its to much, so hope the DL's will be very good but after seeing the DL's of the Fellowship i doubt it.
I wouldn’t write these off just yet still a lot of great art work out there for the DL’s

Yes, but the designs haven't been posted yet, so not for a while. That is assuming blufans can still get the discs with the ongoing US China trade disputes.
Why would their be a problem with discs most the discs for USA releases don’t even come from the USA they come from Mexico. You think Blufans gets discs made in the USA ?

As for USA steels w Mexico discs they may just have to go back to terra haute Indiana for mass discs *shrug*

I don't mean an issue with the importing of the discs. I wouldn't expect blufans to import discs from the US for their releases.

I mean the actual licencing of a Hollywood property to China, as that's all part of the fuss Trump is making. They can't get the discs from anywhere if they don't have the nod to release.

Most Countries don’t license back to the USA directly it’s brokered through approved licensing divisions.

They have more control than you’d think as they simply play by the rules of boundaries and why you often don’t see new art etc or art not showing faces etc as if you want any of that it is being passed by the USA and takes a lot of time so people don’t wait for approvals

Even with studios in UK if you go direct they are just looking at “creative briefs” and seeing what is allowed they aren’t contacting USA over it every time.

No, I appreciate that, but it all depends on the studio, and in this case, the country. Paramount UK, for example, they licence here (via a subsidiary) but all creative approval goes through their USA team. I believe it is now the same for Universal.

China is a whole other story, and the Chinese gov have been very difficult with granting American film licences for a long time now. I can see this trade dispute only worsening that. That is all I meant by my original statement.

I hope the design of the double lenticular will be something similar to this; obviously, each title will have its own, and the Elvish letters will not appear. Overall, a design that matches the style of The Lord of the Rings.
