Ya the Hunger Games was limited in my store i got there 10-15 minutes after opening they had only 1 copy out after i got mine. Catching fire not so much, they had a ton.

My store had only three copies of Hunger Games, I grabbed two. Catching Fire they had maybe ten total on the shelf and looked like they had another five pulled for preorders behind the counter.

To arrive in a cardboard mailer- I'm pretty impressed they arrived in such pristine condition Not bad for under $30

I went into my Best Buy today to pick these up (not preordered). There were several of each (less than ten each from what I could see).

But the sight that brought a smile to my face was the Thor 2 Dark World steelbook in the display all alone. So I grabbed it at $29.99

Out of all the steelbook releases best buy has ever had, this has got to be the most massive amount of copies in history.I saw it in about 3 or 4 different sections in the store and each location had about 20-30 copies.I guess best buy is not completely dedicated to STEELS...

I picked up my combo set at Best Buy this morning and rushed home to cancel my pre-order on their website before it shipped (luckily I was successful). I have a feeling some of the pre-orders will cancel. I highly recommend for those that pre-ordered (if your items haven't shipped yet) to purchase them at your local store, and cancel your online order just to be safe.

Yeah, it being backordered online is what bugged me. So I ran out to my local store and got one no problem. When I get the other one I'll just return or sell/trade it. Not sure I'll be pre-ordering from them anytime soon again, unless I do store pick-up.

i like the look of this steelbook, as steel i prefer the HG1 but i like this movie better...still it is a nice surprise once you have them both in hand...happy i got this and the other one aswell awesome price too!
