FS really dropped the ball on this release!!! Pre-order in-store or online to get the Steelbook, did that, walked in to get my copy no Steelbooks just the collector's edition slip and regular slip. Screw it I'll just take my money back, was informed that was not possible. My frustration level was through the roof, what a needless gongshow I just wanted my steelbook. So now it will be an epic mission to get myself a copy. Brutal... Just brutal!!!

i thought sience best buy and futureshop are the same company that the steelbook would be the same and i would not have to import. im one of those people thats likes having the dvd as well as the bluray and futureshop actually got the dvd even thought its just in the paper sleeve. Best buy its just one disk and a paper code for a uv copy. i would have ordered from futureshop if they shipped to the usa. just wanted to vent oh well at least the USA is getting steelbooks

I don't see how its not possible. I pre-ordered in store before and was told the $10 fee was refundable.

It IS refundable... BUT it's really hard for CS to do it. I know I did it in the past... they had me waiting 30 min in the store so that both systems (regualr and pre-order) can "talk" to each other...
