Personally, I prefer the hero-normal clothes one. Has a nice depth and the transition is pretty cool.
The other has better depth, but I don't like the red band on the right of it, seems like a quick fix. The rear art is much better on this though, but I rarely look at it, so doesn't really sway me more towards it.

Safe bet is definitely the transforming one.
