I think that kimchiDVD is ignoring my emails.
They told me to send them pics of the damaged lenti type b and I did. One week later still no response, so I sent them another email ...that was 5 days ago. It seems I won't get a replacement. Very disappointing kimchi, very disappointing!

It wouldnt surprise me if he has a backlog of emails from the last exclusive he is trying to get through. He is a one man show and I am sure it will just take time. Or maybe its possible your email went to the spam folder. I have had that happen to me on normal emails before.

What does the damage look like? You have a pic?

From experience he's not only slow, but I've had to message him via twitter, email and facebook, a couple of times, just to get a response on occasion. Then sometimes, he responds in a few days - very hit an miss.

I'd suggest contacting him again if you dont get a reply in about a week.as either he is ignoring customers(which wouldn't surprise me) or the emails are getting lost before he responds

got that beat, took about 9months and 3 'will be in next order' replies(I only ordered Snowpiercer in that time but he forgot to include it in that order as promised). Then I got 2 more emails advising the correct Thor 2 Sticker would be sent separately...could have saved himself some postage if he stuck to his original promised email.

Did get there in the end though.... *rollseyes*

its too bad kimchi went with such a horribly terrible steelbook design here. inside and out, it's like a huge, hot, steaming pile of poo poo.

such a shame, because the packages are fantastic. in particular, the lenti type B2 where the whole family transitions and then the back cover has the same pic as the viva case.... great slip!

My lenti B is arriving Monday and while I'm not that impressed by the steelbook, the family transitioning into their super gear is such a cool idea for a slip. Plus it's one of my favorite movies of all time. Go Pixar!
