Hi everyone, I was away taking care of holiday to do's for my extended family. I am sure @Apollon and @Drum18 were simply trying to keep the OP as accurate as possible, based on the fact that the price is still showing 24.99 GBP on the website. I have changed the price back to 19.99 GBP, since we are told that is what the price should be, and that the website price is in error.

In the meantime, I have heard back from our contact with 2 more updates, and we are told that they are still working on an IT issue which is causing the listing to be incorrect. Zavvi has stated to us that you will be charged 19.99 GBP if you order now.

Please refrain from coming with blowtorches if that is not what ends up happening-I know this is very frustrating but all we can do is relay the exact info we have received. If you feel safer not ordering, please use your own judgment. There is nothing else we can say to assist, as this is an issue on their end that needs to be resolved. Thanks guys!

I went to Zavvi to preorder and saw the price was £25, so I came here to see what was going on and check reactions.

I said I'd never preorder from Zavvi again! But when I saw the Incredibles (for £19.99) it seemed Zavvi were testing my resolve. Now they've upped the price to £24.99 I'll take my chances with a price drop in the future.

Between doing 2 shipping labels (for GOTG GB), I was browsing HDN and noticed there was some discussions about The Incredibles... took a quick look, clicked on the Zavvi link and saw £24.99.... didn't read the rest about being an error... sorry

come to think of it did any body notice zavvi guardians of the galaxy steelbook was £24.99 pre-order then sold out apparently and then found out later they were holding stock back for black friday but to my amazement they were then asking £49.99 i expect this sort of price from other sellers but zavvi come on really just corporate getting greedy and seeing pound signs like the don't make sheds loads already there just seeing $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
