All copies received minty mint, what a stunner of a steelbook from Zavvi. Beautifully done witha top notch design and the colours are amazing. The back is also fantastic as a whole but could have been better. Altogether though a really nice steelie for the collection and well done to Zavvi for another superb release.

The spine is OK on mine, but lots of tiny paint chips on the back, so it looks like it's snowing in the jungle!!
Credit where due though the front is really nice.

Just got mine, Spine Slash City. How bloody annoying. It doesn't take a Rocket Scientist to figure out if you attack a box with a sharp implement, you're gonna damage something.

They do not take into account petrol to get into town, parking, post office charges, waiting for that one to get back before they send another...... you let me down Zavvi - big time.

There is no contact number, they disconnected it last year to put people off from returning items and therefore maximise their profits.
The best bet is to contact a customer rep via their facebook page - they are usually pretty good on there if you send a message.
Don't bother going through their standard return procedure via the website - it is the worst & slowest customer service in the country.

No contact number for Zavvi anymore, only for their eBay account? Crazy I know and poor customer service to boot!

I'm not sure I've ever been this annoyed with a steelbook I've received. Not only is there a noticeable dent on the back, but the plastic insert is damaged to the point where it won't clip closed. To top it off, the embossing is not at all aligned with the artwork, but nearly a centimetre to the right.

Zavvi will be hearing of this, I just hope they don't sell out before they can issue a replacement.

Mines just arrived with a massive spine slash , I'm not OCD but it's really noticeable. Have they mentioned anything about replacements ?.

Thanks for your speedy responses, guys. It's so annoying... this is the worst part of internet shopping. It's always the customer who is inconvenienced. Zavvi won't be paying for me to finish work early, pay for parking in town, pay to return it etc etc!!!!!!!!!!!! Anyways, thanks again. Moan over. Lol!

Well if mine comes with a spine slash after this TPBTP scandal I will be personally driving to their registered office which is only 10 miles from me and shoving it where it belongs.

Great front artwork for me, and a simple back is also okay for me, not everything needs to dazzle by colors.

This steelbook and "Bambi" FS VMB they will look wonderfully next to each other on the shelf!
